Recently, a friend alerted me to a competition being run as part of the 2020 CYA All-Stars Conference. I quickly prepared a submission, which included the first part of a manuscript I\’d been working and reworking for years. This particular MS is very close to my heart, as the writing of it involved the help and cooperation of the many people I interviewed for it around homelessness and mental illness. For this reason, I was extra thrilled to learn the manuscript has been shortlisted in the competition.
A HUGE thanks to the CYA Conference team, and a good luck to all the other finalists! The competition winners will be announced in mid-July.
